If this is your first time connecting to ICANotes, follow the instructions below:

1. Download and install setup-ICANotes.exe by clicking here |
1. Install free Remote Desktop Connection software from Microsoft. Click the link below: | |
| 2. When prompted for credentials, enter "INTERNET\" before your ICANotes Username e.g. "INTERNET\bsmith" | ||
Look on your desktop for the shortcut to connect to the ICANotes application: |
2. Control-click (click while holding the control key) here, select "download linked file as" and save to your desktop. | |

Note: Mac users may consider purchasing the 'Print It' application ($29.95) in order to print using a Mac(Option+CTRL+P). 'Print It' can be purchased at www.macease.com. or print PDFs from upload site | |
